01Where the time goes
The phone, the menu board and the Monday numbers.
In a shop, a restaurant or a motel, the work is serving the customer in front of you. The hours leak out around it: the same questions answered on the phone, the same change made in four places, and the numbers added up after close.

Shops and retail
- The phone: "do you have it in stock?" and "what time do you close?"
- Sales in one system, stock in another, and a Monday spreadsheet to make them agree.
- Special orders on a notepad by the register.
- Hours changed on the door, the website and Google, one at a time.
Restaurants
- The same calls in the middle of the rush: hours, the menu, "can you do gluten free?"
- Menu and price changes updated in three or four places by hand.
- Catering and large-party requests scattered across voicemail, email and messages.
- Sales, food cost and labor pulled together by hand, if at all.
Motels and lodging
- Late-night calls asking about a room, directions or checkout time.
- Booking requests coming in by phone, email and the website, all kept in sync by hand.
- Guests asking about wifi, parking and breakfast, over and over.
- Nightly and weekly numbers pieced together from the front desk system.
02What we'd build
Each problem, the fix we'd build, and the service it comes from.
Most shops and restaurants start with one or two of these. Phone answering, chat and websites are quoted up front or included in a build, and nothing changes until you say so.
- The same questions on the phone
An AI assistant answers when you can't, from your hours, menu, rooms and policies. It takes the message and texts you a summary right away, and it can book if your build includes scheduling.
AI phone answering - The same questions on your website
A chat assistant on your site, the twin of the phone line: same brain, same kinds of requests, with the details sent to you.
Website chatbots - Hours and menus wrong somewhere
A fast website with a portal where you ask for a change by typing or a voice note, preview it and approve it. We help keep your Google Business Profile matching.
WebsitesSEO and GEO - Monday numbers built by hand
Sales, stock, food cost or occupancy, and labor pulled into one weekly report that builds itself.
Data, reporting and dashboards - Requests on notepads and in voicemail
Catering, special orders and group bookings land in one list, entered once, with a reminder when it is time to follow up.
Automation and custom software - Customers asking AI assistants
Clear, accurate facts published for AI assistants to read, and an MCP server or API when it is worth it. Anything that changes something comes to you to confirm.

04What fits, in what order
Where we'd expect a shop or restaurant to start.
For businesses where the phone interrupts the work, answering is usually the first win. The analysis sets the real order, and you choose what gets built.

05Questions
Questions shop, restaurant and motel owners ask.
Something not here? Call (801) 477-6186 and ask a real person.
See every question5.1Can it take reservations or room bookings?
Yes, if your build includes scheduling or booking. We connect it so customers can book on the call or in the chat. Otherwise it takes the request with the customer's name, number and details and sends it to you to confirm.
5.2Our hours and menu change all the time. Will the answers keep up?
They answer from the information we set up with you, so it has to be kept current. Send us the change and we update what the phone and chat assistants answer from. On your website, you can request changes yourself in your portal and approve them before they go live.
5.3Do we have to replace our register or booking system?
No. We start with the systems you already use and connect them. If something truly can't do the job, we'll explain why before anything changes.
5.4We are a small shop. Is this worth it?
Sometimes the answer is one piece, like phone answering during the lunch rush, and sometimes it's nothing yet. The free consult is where we find out, and we'll tell you plainly.
5.5What about customers who ask AI assistants where to eat or stay?
More people ask AI assistants for that now. We help them describe your business accurately by publishing clear facts on your website, and when it's worth it, an MCP server or API. This part is early, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for you yet.
5.6What does it cost?
The consult is free and the AI process analysis is $500. Phone answering, chat and websites are quoted up front, before anything starts, or included in a build. A build is a fixed price, typically $2,500 to $15,000 depending on scope.
Tired of answering the same call all day? Pull up a chair.
Start with a free 30-minute consult, at your shop, your restaurant between rushes or by phone. Tell us what customers ask most, and we'll tell you plainly what we'd set up first.
