3.1Is the consult really free?

Yes. The 30-minute consult is free and there's no obligation. If it makes sense to go further, the next step is the $500 AI process analysis, and we'll tell you that up front.

3.2Do you come to us?

Yes. We're based in Vernal, Utah, and we come to your shop, office, yard or clinic in the Uintah Basin. We can also do the consult by phone, and if your business is somewhere else, we're happy to talk.

3.3What should I have ready?

Nothing special. It helps to think about where the time goes in a normal week: what gets typed more than once, what's still on paper, and which reports someone builds by hand.

3.4Do you record the call?

Only with your okay. We record and transcribe our consult and analysis conversations so nothing gets missed, and we review the full transcript. Say the word and we'll pause.

3.5Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. That's exactly who we work with. You know your business. We bring the AI part and explain it in plain words.
