AI consultingprocess automationcustom software

See where the work gets stuck. Then automate it.

Alpine Ops is a small team based in Vernal, Utah. We help local businesses see where the week actually goes, automate the repetitive parts, and build tools that fit how they already work.

Example A typical service job. The invoice step stalls because job notes get retyped by hand and then sit in someone's inbox. An automated step builds the invoice from the notes, the owner checks it, and the job keeps moving.

01 Consulting and automation

Most of the week goes to work that could run on its own.

We start by looking at where your time actually goes. Then we automate the steps that repeat, and build software where nothing off the shelf fits. AI is useful when it does a specific job, like reading a form or drafting a quote. We use it there, and plain automation where that is enough.

A. Consulting

Business AI consulting

We map how a job moves from the first call to getting paid, mark where it stalls, and tell you plainly what is worth automating and what is not.

B. Automation

AI and process automation

Quotes, invoices, reminders, follow-ups and data entry handled by small automations that connect the tools you already use.

C. Custom software

Internal tools that fit

When off-the-shelf software does not fit, we build the dashboard, intake form or internal tool your team actually needs, around the way you already work.

Where the time goes

Examples of the busywork we look for. Your list will be different.

  2. Retyped into a template
  3. Emailed, then forgotten

  2. You check and send
  3. Follow-up if no reply
02

Invoices and payment reminders

  1. Job notes rewritten as an invoice
  2. Late payers chased from memory
  1. Invoice drafted from the job
  2. Reminders on a schedule
03

Scheduling and reminders

  1. Phone tag to pick a time
  2. Reminder on a sticky note
  1. Customer picks an open slot
  2. Reminder text the day before
04

Follow-ups and review requests

  1. Remember to ask, sometimes

  2. Every Friday
  1. A dashboard that stays current

Nothing goes out on its own until you have seen it work. Where a step needs a person, it stays with a person.

02 How we work

Three steps, and the last one keeps going.

Small, specific projects that fit around your work. You always know what we are looking at, what we are building, and why.

  1. 01Assess

    Find the bottlenecks

We walk through how work moves through your business, from the first call to getting paid, and mark where it stalls or gets retyped.

    out: a fix-first list

  2. 02Build

Automate it, or build the tool

We start from the software you already use and connect to it where we can. Where nothing fits, we build something that does.

out: a working automation or tool

  3. 03Support

    Keep it running

We watch it, fix what breaks, and adjust it as the business grows or the way you work changes.

    out: changes as you grow

03 Phone, web and chat

The front door, wired into the same system.

Smaller pieces, built the same way. Each one hands its work to the rest, so a call or a web form becomes the start of a job instead of a note on the counter.

After-hours phone answering

Every call gets answered, even after close.

An AI assistant picks up around the clock, takes a clear message, and texts it to you right away.

  • Answers when you cannot, nights and weekends included
  • Gets the name, the reason and a callback
  • Sends you the message by text as soon as the call ends
  1. Call after close11:42 PM
  2. Assistant answers24/7
  3. Message takenname, reason, callback
  4. Text to ownerright away

Sprinkler line broke in the front yard. Wants a call first thing in the morning. Name and callback saved.

Websites

Modern, fast, and connected to the rest.

A site that loads quickly, reads well on a phone, and sends its forms and bookings straight into the tools you run the business with.

  1. Visitor finds you
  2. Form or booking
  3. Lands in your tools

Chat assistant

Answers on your site.

Handles the common questions, captures the lead, and hands off to a person when it should.

  1. Question
  2. Answered
  3. To a person

04 FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

Something else on your mind? Bring it to the call.

01Do I need to be technical?

No. You know how your business runs, and that is the part we need from you. We handle the technical side and explain what we build in plain terms.

02What does an assessment involve?

We talk through how a typical job moves through your business: how leads come in, how quotes, scheduling and invoices happen, and where things get retyped or wait on someone. You come away with a short list of the bottlenecks and what we would do about each.

03Will this replace my staff?

That is not the goal. It takes the busywork off their plate, the retyping, chasing and copying, so they can spend their time on customers and the work itself.

04Can you work with the software we already use?

We start from what you already use and connect to it where we can. Some tools are easier to connect than others, and we will tell you up front what is possible with yours.

05Who owns what you build?

That is spelled out in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises later.

06Where are you based?

Vernal, Utah. We work with businesses around the Uintah Basin.

05 Book a call

Show us where the work gets stuck.

Tell us a little about your business and what is eating your week. We will set up a call to walk through it and see whether there is something worth automating.
