Will it sound like a robot?

It uses a natural-sounding voice, and it tells callers it's an assistant. It doesn't pretend to be you. You decide what it handles and what it simply passes along.

What happens to calls it can't handle?

It takes a clear message and gets it to you by text, so you can call back. If there are calls that should always reach a person, we'll set it up that way together.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We do the setup and walk through it with you. If something needs changing later, tell us in plain words and we'll handle it.

Do you only work with businesses in the Basin?

We're based in Vernal and the Basin comes first, because we like meeting in person. We can also work remotely with businesses elsewhere.

Can I start with just one thing?
