  • We come to you

You want AI working in your business. You just don't know where to start. Pull up a chair.

We sit down with you, learn how your business actually runs, and find the hours lost to manual work: the same job typed into three systems, paper tickets copied in by hand, reports built every Friday. Then we build the fix for a fixed price and keep it running.

What happens first

A free 30-minute consult. At your shop, office, yard or clinic, or by phone. No obligation, and you don't need to know anything about AI.

01How it works

Five steps, from the first phone call to your own AI department.

The pad is the short version. Open any step to see what you get, what we need from you, and what happens.

  1. What you get

A real conversation about your business and where the hours go, and a straight answer on whether the next step makes sense for you.

    What we need from you

Thirty minutes and a rough idea of what eats your week. You don't need to know anything about AI.

    What happens

We come to your shop, office, yard or clinic, or talk by phone. You tell us how a normal week goes. We ask a lot of questions.

Step 5. The part that lasts.

Your AI department

Ongoingwe stay with you

Companies have an IT department for their computers. We become your AI department for your processes: we keep checking in, keep it all working, and keep it current as AI changes and improves.

What you get

  • Regular check-ins on your processes and flows
  • Everything we built, kept working
  • Upgrades as AI improves, so you always have the latest and best for your business
  • A real person you can call

What we need from you

Time for the check-ins, and a call when something in your business changes: a new location, a new service, a new system.

What happens

We look over how your work flows with you, fix anything that's drifted, and bring you the next upgrades worth doing as AI improves.

Book your free 30-minute consult

It all starts with step 1, a conversation about your business. It costs nothing.

Somebody types every ticket in twice.

A computer should be doing that.

What we're listening for at your table

02What we fix

We find the work your people do by hand that a computer should be doing.

Three kinds of manual work eat the most hours. They're what we look for first.

The big one

Double entry

We put the same customer into three different systems.

The same customer, job or ticket typed into the scheduling system, then the accounting software, then the job tracker. Every copy is more minutes gone and another chance for a typo. We connect them so it gets entered once.

Paper to computer

Manual data entry

Field tickets, forms and emails copied in by hand, one line at a time. We capture it once, where the work happens, and it lands everywhere it needs to go.

Friday afternoon

Reports built by hand

Friday goes to pulling the numbers together.

Someone digs through five places and pastes it all into one spreadsheet. We set it up so the report builds itself.

Also commonQuotes written on paper and retyped later. Calls after hours that go to voicemail and never get returned.

Example, illustrative numbers

The Monday report at a clinic with two locations, before and after.

Flip the switch to see the fix.
Before

hours a week, by hand
After

Same work, same people, fewer typos. About 8.5 hours a week back in this example.

  • The Monday report

The office manager pulls numbers from the scheduling system, the accounting software, two spreadsheets and both locations' email, then pastes them into one report.

    4.0 h
  • Patient info

The front desk types each new patient into the scheduling system, then again into billing.

    3.0 h
  • Fixing mismatches

Comparing the two systems line by line and fixing the typos between them.

    1.5 h
  • Chasing numbers

Emailing and calling the other location for their weekly numbers, then following up.

    1.0 h
  • The Monday report

Builds itself every Monday morning from all of those sources.A personreads it and checks anything flagged.

    0.5 h
  • Patient info

Entered once at the front desk. It shows up in billing on its own.

    0.0 h
  • Fixing mismatches

Mismatches get flagged automatically.A personfixes the few that show up.

    0.5 h
  • Chasing numbers

Their numbers are already in the report.

    0.0 h

Your numbers will be different.Finding them is what the $500 analysis is for.

03Your numbers

We feed all of your business data into one place, so you can run the business on real numbers.

Right now your numbers live in several places that don't talk to each other. We connect them, starting with the systems you already use. Then the reports build themselves and the numbers match.

05Questions

Questions owners ask before they call.

Don't see yours? Call (801) 477-6186 and ask a real person.

I don't know anything about AI. Is that a problem?

No. That's exactly who we work with. You know your business. We bring the AI part and explain it in plain words.

What do I get for the $500 analysis?

We go through how your work actually flows, step by step, with you and your people: who enters what, into which system, and how many times. Out of that come our recommendations: which processes can be automated, sped up or improved, in plain language and in priority order.

How much does a build cost?

Builds are a fixed price, typically $2,500 to $15,000 depending on scope. You know the exact price before any work starts.

Do I have to replace the software we use now?

No. We start with the systems you already use and connect them, so your people keep working the way they know.

What does "your AI department" mean?

Like a company has an IT department, we become your AI department. We check in regularly on your processes, make sure everything keeps working, and keep upgrading things as AI improves, so you always have the latest and best for your business.

Do you only work in the Basin?

We're based in the Uintah Basin and we come to you here. If your business is somewhere else, we're happy to talk.
